Garrett Wolfe is an engineering and investment firm that conducts innovative, economically sustainable, and environmentally responsible projects that incrementally improve energy, transportation, water, sanitation, and housing systems.

Garrett Wolfe`s engagements make positive contributions to society and operate with the underlying philosophy that rational business practices preserve and invigorate the blessings of Liberty (codified in the United States Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and expounded in The Federalist Papers*).

* The Federalist Papers constitute perhaps the most cogent tract on republican government available.
